Why do you eat organic foods?
"I primarily eat raw and organic foods because I feel that it is important to pay attention
and care about what you put into your body. Swedish Fish are an exception"

Do you enjoy teaching here at Westport?
"Of course! I would never want to teach anywhere else. I feel that this community is wonderful
because the people are united and genuinely happy. I love this school!"

Did you enjoy coaching JV Girls Basketball?
"Absolutely! The girls were so much fun and I wouldn't trade that experience for the world!"

What is your favorite class to teach?
"I adore every class that I teach immensely."

Did you like growing up on a farm?
"Yes, I had the best childhood in the world. I wouldn't have traded it for anything.
That is what fostered my love for organic foods."

Why do you always wear green...is it because it is an organic color?
"I suppose I just like the color green but it also is the color of wheat grass!"
