Payments/Charges & Pre-pay Guidelines:

As a reminder parents
are encouraged to prepay their child’s meals. Students must
maintain a positive balance in their NutriKids account or payment,
in full, will be required at the time of purchase.
* Pre-payment account
balances will allow students to purchase meals only.
Snacks and other ala-cart purchases will not be allowed to be
applied to the pre-payment balance until written permission from
parents is received.
* Until written
permission is received to allow snacks and ala-cart items on a
pre-paid account, payment in cash will be required at the time of
purchase.
* We are more than happy
to assist you in creating a pre-payment account designed
specifically for the needs of your child.

If you are sending in
a check, please make it payable to Westport Central School
Cafeteria. This payment should be sent in an envelope addressed to
Mr. Deso, Cook Manager.
● ALL
pre-payments must include the following information:
● Name
of Student(s)
● Amount
to be applied per student
●
Restrictions regarding pre-payment
(meals only, no snacks, snacks & ala cart items allowed, etc.)
●
If a student cafeteria account
acquires a negative balance, parents will receive
written notification of the amount owed to the school.
Students will not be allowed to make any purchases in
the cafeteria until such time as their account is paid
in full.
●
Parents are encouraged to regularly check their
children's cafeteria account balances and purchase
history by calling the
main office.
●
Confidential free and
reduced meal applications are available in the main
office or can be accessed by clicking
here.
Nutrikids
System :
NutriKids is a classified system that enables the students and
faculty to type in a PIN number in order to immediately access their
accounts. Upon entering the PIN, all transactions are monitored.
NutriKids is fully capable of depicting a balance as well as
printing any and all transactions to date. If you have any questions
or concerns about what your child is purchasing, please feel free to
contact the main office or Mr. Deso for assistance.
As a

you are sending in a check, please make it payable to Westport
Central School Cafeteria. This payment should be sent in an
envelope addressed to Mr. Deso, Cook Manager. A large majority of our parents have already taken advantage of the
pre-payment option. If you have yet to do so, we highly encourage
it!
2011-2012 Parent Luncheons
Parent Luncheons will be held throughout the school year on the
first
Friday of the month with a few exceptions due to vacations). On
Parent Luncheon Day, we encourage you to eat lunch with your child in the Westport Central School Cafeteria. We love having
parents join us!
We strongly encourage parents to buy a school lunch or bring in
nutritious meals from home. If you are buying the cafeteria lunch
please call the office and let us know.
